Contact 9K Club: Write to the Club, Fix a Fact or Flag a Fake
Checked against the arena on · written for members in India

There is exactly one way to reach 9K Club: an email to [email protected]. Replies take a few days, and they come from that same address. The club has no phone line, no live chat, no Telegram channel and no WhatsApp number, so anything that claims to be one is not us.
This page lists what to put in a message so the reply is useful the first time, which problems the guides already solve, and where in India to report a page or app that uses the club's name to ask for money.
The One Address
Write to [email protected] from any email account you like. The address is printed in the footer of every page, which is a handy check: if a message arrives from somewhere else and says it is from the club, compare it with the footer before you answer.
Nobody at the club will ever ask you for a password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or a payment in a reply. There is also no account to verify on our side, because your account lives in your own browser and we cannot see it.
What to Include
A short message with the right details gets a short, useful answer. Pick the row that matches your topic.
| Topic | Include this | Leave this out |
|---|---|---|
| A wrong fact on a page | The page address, the sentence as written, what the arena showed instead; a screenshot if it is a number | Your username or any password |
| Something broken on screen | Phone model, browser name and version, which room, what you tapped and what happened | Screen recordings of other apps |
| A fake page, app or helpline using the name | The link, number or group name, a screenshot of what it asked for, the date you saw it | Any money or PIN you were asked for (never send those to anyone) |
| A question the guides do not answer | The question in one or two lines and which guide you already read | Long back-stories; the reply will ask if it needs more |
| Privacy or legal query | Which section of the privacy policy or terms you are asking about | Identity documents of any kind |
Plain English or Hindi written in Roman letters both work. Keep the subject line specific, for example “3-minute room timer shows wrong period” rather than “help”.
Check the Guides First
Most messages ask about a handful of situations that already have a written fix, and the fix is faster than waiting for an email.
- Cannot sign in. Your account exists only in the browser where you joined. A new phone, a different browser, a private tab or cleared site data all look like a missing account. Passwords cannot be reset; join again with a fresh username. Every error message and its fix is on the sign-in help page.
- Coins ran out. Tap Refill coins inside the arena and the balance returns to 9,000. There is no code to enter and no fee; the gift code page explains why none exists.
- Looking for the app. There is no APK. Open the site in Chrome or Safari and choose Add to Home Screen; the home-screen guide has the taps for Android and iPhone.
- Timer, display or storage trouble. The self-help table lists each symptom with its cause.
Channels the Club Does Not Use
9K Club has no customer-care number, no chat widget, no Telegram group, no WhatsApp line, no Instagram or Facebook page and no agents. A “9KClub support” account on any of those platforms was created by someone else, and the usual purpose is to collect a payment, a UPI PIN or an OTP from people who think they are talking to the club.
The pattern is easy to spot once you know the limits: the arena never takes money, so no one needs to help you deposit, withdraw, unlock a VIP tier or activate a bonus. Any “support” conversation that heads towards a payment has given itself away. The real-or-fake checklist walks through the other signs.
Reporting a Scam
If a page, app, group or caller used the 9K Club name to take money or details from you, tell the club by email so the guides can warn others, but report it to the authorities first, because they can act and we cannot.
- Call 1930, the national cyber-crime helpline, as soon as possible. Reporting quickly gives the bank the best chance of holding a transfer.
- File a written complaint at cybercrime.gov.in, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Attach screenshots, the UPI transaction ID and the phone number or link involved.
- Report suspicious calls, SMS and WhatsApp numbers through Chakshu on sancharsaathi.gov.in, so the number can be checked and blocked.
- Tell your bank or UPI app from inside the app, not from a number someone sent you.
Fake apps carrying the club's name can also be reported to the store or the browser they came through. The payout-scam guide describes the full script these pages follow so you can see where you are in it.
What a Reply Can and Cannot Do
A reply can correct a page, add a missing answer to the FAQ hub, confirm whether a link or number is ours (it almost never is), and point you to the right guide. Expect it within a few days; messages about a wrong fact or a fake page are read first.
A reply cannot recover a password, restore a deleted account, move coins between browsers or change a result, because none of that exists on a server. Everything about your membership is stored on your own device, as the privacy policy sets out, and that is also why the club will never ask you to prove who you are.
Before You Press Send
Never put a password, OTP, UPI PIN, card number or ID document in an email to anyone, this club included. A real reply from [email protected] will never need them.
If the reason you are writing is that the game has started to feel like a habit rather than a pastime, the free helplines on the safe-play page answer faster than we can, at any hour.
Every room in the arena is for adults only (18+). The practice coins are free, stay in the arena and are never paid out; the digit that settles a round is drawn only when its timer ends, so no person, chart or channel can see it early. Since 1 May 2026 the 2025 online gaming law has banned money games online across India. Read members’ guide to safe play before a long session.
