9K Club Members’ Handbook: Register, Log In, VIP and Getting Help
Published · written for members in India

9K Club keeps things short on purpose: one free colour game, a handful of account screens and a set of guides that explain them. New members still ask the same questions in the same order, usually starting with the 9K Club login, so this handbook puts the answers on one page. Read it once and you will know where every part of the members’ area lives and what it will never ask of you.
Each section below is a summary. Where a topic has its own full guide, the handbook points you to it rather than repeating it.
What the 9K Club Members’ Area Covers
Think of the members’ area as four rooms of a small house. There is the door (joining and signing in), the notice board (your member level), the cupboard people expect to find full of money (there is none, and the section on wallet pages says why) and the help desk (customer care). The arena, where the colour game runs, sits on the home page and is open to every adult member.
| Part | What it does | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| Join free | Creates your account with a username, a password and the 18+ tick | Header button, and the register guide |
| Sign in | Opens your account again in the same browser | Header button, and the login guide |
| Member level | A badge from Rookie to 9K Legend, earned by playing rounds | Inside the arena |
| Coins | 9,000 practice coins at the start, with a free refill | Inside the arena |
| Help | Self-help fixes and the contact email | Customer care page and the footer |
Everything in that table works without a download, a payment or a phone number. That is the single rule that makes the rest of this handbook easy: if a screen asks for one of those, you are not on 9K Club.
Registering and Your First Login
A 9k Club register takes about a minute. Tap Join free, choose a username of 4 to 16 characters (small letters, digits and the underscore), choose a password of at least 8 characters and type it twice, then tick the 18+ box. When you finish, the arena opens with your coins and the Rookie badge. The 9k Club register guide goes through each box with examples, including the usernames the form refuses.
Your first login after that is just as short: Sign in, the same username, the same password. The part new members miss is where the account lives. It is saved in the browser on the phone you joined with, not on a server, so it will not follow you to a laptop, a second browser or a private tab. There is also no password reset, because there is no email or phone on file to send one to. Write your password somewhere safe, or accept that a forgotten one means joining again.
If a message stops you at the sign-in box, the 9K Club login walkthrough lists every message the form can show and the fix for each one. Most of them come down to a typo, the wrong browser or cleared site data.
VIP Levels in Plain Words
People call them VIP levels; inside the arena they are member levels, and they work like a step counter. Every round you play with at least one pick counts once, and the badge moves up at fixed points.
| Level | Rounds played to reach it |
|---|---|
| Rookie | 0 (on joining) |
| Bronze | 9 |
| Silver | 45 |
| Gold | 135 |
| Platinum | 405 |
| 9K Legend | 900 |
A higher badge changes nothing about the game. It does not raise returns, unlock rooms, add coins or bring a personal agent. Refilling your coins does not lower it, but deleting the account or clearing the browser resets it to Rookie along with everything else. Treat the badge as a record of time spent, and if the number climbs faster than you meant it to, take that as a signal to put the phone down.
Wallet Pages: Deposits and Withdrawals
Many members arrive expecting a wallet, because most colour-game apps put one front and centre. 9K Club has no wallet page at all. There is no deposit button, no withdrawal form and no field for a UPI ID or bank account. Your balance is practice coins, which cannot be bought, sold, sent to anyone or turned into rupees. When the balance runs low, Refill coins puts it back to 9,000 for free.
This is deliberate, and it also follows the law. India’s Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 and the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 have banned online money games and their promotion since 1 May 2026. The arena stays on the free side of that line: nothing goes in and nothing comes out. So when a message, a video or a page shows a “9K Club deposit offer” or a “withdrawal proof”, you already know it did not come from here. The guide to the no-payout rule takes the fee scripts apart step by step.
Customer Care and Safety Checks
Because the account sits in your own browser, most problems are fixed on your own phone: the wrong browser, a private tab, a cleaner app that wiped site data, or a timer that froze after the screen slept. The self-help desk matches each symptom to its fix. For anything it does not cover, the contact email in the footer is the only channel the club uses.
Before you trust any contact that uses the club’s name, run these four checks:
- The address. The real site is 9k-club.club, typed in the address bar. Look-alike spellings and shortened links are the most common trap.
- The channel. No phone line, chat, Telegram or WhatsApp belongs to the club. A helpful stranger on any of them is not customer care.
- The ask. The club never asks for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a screen share or a fee. Any of those means stop.
- The promise. No member is ever offered rupees, prizes, a level upgrade or a “guaranteed” pick. A promise of any of them is the scam showing itself.
If you have already paid someone who used the club’s name, call 1930, India’s cyber fraud helpline, report on the cyber crime portal and tell your bank the same day. The first hours decide how much can be frozen.
Trying the Free Arena First
The best way to understand any of this is to look for yourself. Join, open the arena and spend ten minutes in the slowest room. Watch the countdown, place a small pick, and check the Results tab after a few rounds. Then go looking for the wallet, the deposit button or the agent chat. You will not find them, and that short search teaches more than any page can.
Keep the visit short and planned. Decide how long you will play before you start, and stop when the time is up, whatever the coin balance says. The arena is for adults 18+ only.
Members check first
Walk Through the Members’ Area Yourself
Join free with a username and a password, tick 18+, and open the arena. Then look for a wallet: there is none. Practice coins only.
Club Safety Rule for New Members
Your account needs two things you choose and nothing you own: no phone number, no OTP, no bank details. Keep it that way, and every request for more is easy to refuse.
If playing has started to take more of your time or attention than you planned, step away for a day and talk to someone you trust. Tele-MANAS on 14416 is free and open to anyone in India.
Every room in the arena is for adults only (18+). The practice coins are free, stay in the arena and are never paid out; the digit that settles a round is drawn only when its timer ends, so no person, chart or channel can see it early. Since 1 May 2026 the 2025 online gaming law has banned money games online across India. Read the responsible gaming guide before a long session.
Handbook Questions
What do I need for a 9K Club login?
Only the username and password you chose when you joined, typed in the same browser on the same phone. There is no OTP, no phone number and no email step, so nobody needs to send you a code to let you in.
Why can I not sign in on my new phone?
Your account is stored in the browser where you made it, not on a server. A new phone, another browser or cleared site data starts empty. Join again on the new device; it takes about a minute and the arena opens with a fresh 9,000 practice coins.
Is there a fee to become a member or move up a level?
No. Joining is free, the coins are free, and member levels come only from playing rounds. Anyone asking for money to register, unlock a level or “activate” an account is not part of the club.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Most problems are fixed on your own phone with the steps on the customer care page. For anything else, write to the email address shown in the footer. The club has no phone line, chat, Telegram or WhatsApp, so a contact on any of those is someone else.
